Rector’s Council – collegiate body of the University that solves current problems regarding educational, scientific, pedagogic, economic and financial activities. Rector’s Council is headed by Rector and consists of Vicerectors, Deans, Directors of colleges, Director of Institute of Postgraduate Education and Pre-University Training, Academic Secretary of the University, Director of Scientific Library, Chief Accountant, Head of Planning and Financial Department, Head of Personnel Department, Head of Teaching and Methodological Council, Head of Legal Department, Head of Workers’ Trade Union Committee, Head of Students’ Trade Union, Head of the Students’ Government, Campus Director. Rector’s Council may also include heads of other departments.
