Civilizational and cultural factors of business development within the globalization of the world economy

Annotation

The conceptual basis of the impact of cultural and civilizational factors for business development in the context of globalization of international economic relations is studied. The existing approaches to economic interpretation of the concept of “culture”, “civilization”, “globalization” are reviewed, as well as the methods of empirical and theoretical analysis of national cultures.

The role and importance of cultural and civilizational factors in the investment strategy of the company was analyzed with help of economic modeling to identify cultural factors influence the choice of enterprise FDI strategy. It is proved that cultural differences are significant even for companies that already have extensive experience in international operations

Also the processes of formation of a new work culture in the EU economic system and conducted an economic analysis of the welfare state are analyzed.

In addition, analysis of the different types of international economic relations under globalization was carried out.
