Information on the thesis

In the dissertation were analysed the electoral processes in Ukraine during the
period of time from 1991 to 2014 in nation-wide and regional dimensions. It was
formulated  the  methodological  instrumentarium  of  the  electoral  processes.  The
author emphasized and characterized the main periods of the electoral processes of
the electoral space evolution of Ukraine. It was researched the nation-wide context
and regional peculiarities of the electoral companies from 1994 till 2004. Also were
analysed  the  causes  of  actualization,  exacerbation  and  institutionalization  of  the
regional electoral particularities under the influence of the electoral companies of
2004–2012. It was characterized the influence of electoral cycle of the period of
time  from  2010  to  2015  on  the  socio-political  processes  in  Ukraine.  The  author
proposes recommendations for negotiation of the interregional electoral separation
and political infighting in Ukraine.
The  electoral  processes  in  Transcarpathia  were  characterized    within  the
context of its historical, sociodemographic, ethnic and political characteristics    as
an  «individual  case»  in  research.  In  dissertation  were  identified  dynamics  and
causes of the changes in the electoral sympathy of the voters, found out the level of
the party identification of the population in the region, motivation of the electoral
choice, particularities of the structuring of the party-political space of the region.
