Prooxidant-antioxidant balance for the combined use of chemo-laser-ozone therapy in the blood of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis
Defence Date
Annotation
Dissertation is devoted to the investigation of prooxidant-antioxidant balance in
blood of patients with first diagnosed destructive pulmonary tuberculosis with bacterial,
features of influence of standardized chemotherapy, frequency modulated and
unmodulated He-Ne intravenous laser irradiation of blood (ILBI), ozonized saline solution
with varying concentrations of ozone and their combinations on prooxidant-antioxidant
balance, level molecules of middle mass in the serum of blood. It was established that the
development of tuberculosis is characterized by a significant increase of the activity of
oxidative processes (DC, TBA-PP, PGE, GOA), decreased activity of enzymes of
antioxidant system (SOD, catalase) increased levels of ceruloplasmin, compared with
healthy donors. In patients with infiltrative and disseminated tuberculosis difference
between the indices of prooxidant-antioxidant balance in blood and level of MMM was
detected. The use of chemotherapy does not ensure full recovery of the studied parameters
of prooxidant-antioxidant balance.
The use of helium-neon intravenous laser blood irradiation with frequency
modulation (5,0 kHz, 100,0 kHz) leads to a significant decrease lipid peroxidation,
increased activity of enzymes of AOS and reduces of level of MMM in blood serum to
values observed in healthy donors. The effectiveness of influence ILBI on the prooxidant-
antioxidant balance did not change significantly with decreasing frequency radiation
intensity from 1,0 to 3,0 kHz. The realization of effects of frequency modulation of laser
radiation depends on the character of and depth of the violations output values of studied
parameters.
A positive effect of use of the recovery prooxidant-antioxidant balance infusion of
ozone-oxygen mixture in saline with ozone concentration of 12 mg/l with different inputs
of the ozone (↑↓, ↑) it was detected. It was established that the effectiveness of influence
of the combined use of chemo-ozone-lasertherapy on restoration of prooxidant-antioxidant
balance depends on ozone concentration in saline and frequency modulation of He-Ne
laser.
The performed two-factor dispersive and cluster analysis of combined influence of
ozonized saline and laser in violation POL/AOS balance in patients blood with bacterial
lung tuberculosis under chemotherapy confirmed the effectiveness of these modes
combined with use of chemo-laser-ozonetherapy.
