The article considers the beginning and foundation of the Evolution of the cooperation between Ukraine and India, analyzes the historical development between two countries.

Victor KRUKOV. TOPONIMS AND HYDRONIMS IN “THE PICTURE OF THE LAND’S BOOK” BY AL-KHVAREZMI AND THE REAL GEOGRAFIC OBJECTS IN UKRAINE.

The problems of identification with reality of the denominations and randes of seas, rives, and randes of mountains, which are represented in the work „The book of Earths pictures“ by Arabic mathematician, astronomer and geographer of the first half of the IXth century Abu Djafar Muhammad ibn Musa al-Hwarizmi are considerated in this article. The author reveals that the most part of the information of this scientific about elements of the landscape of medieval Ukraine is a remaking of the data which are borrowed from the work „The geographical guide“ by antique scientist of the IIth century Claudius Ptolemaios. The suggested differences between the information of „The book of Earths pictures“ and „The geographical guide“ considers the result of al-Hwarizmi’s compremention rethinking the data by Claudius Ptolemaios in accordance with achievements of Arabian geographical science IXth century and the reality contemporary for this author.

Kostiantyn TYSHCHENKO. EARLY ORIENTAL CHURCH AND THE PELAGIANISM IN UKRAINE.

The presence of the Jacobite church in the toponymy of Ukraine is prooved by some ten pairs of mutually adjacent place names from bases Iakiv- and Boroday- ‘Jacobus Baradaeus’ (bishop of Edessa, VIth c.). Nestorians’ area is supposed to be connected with oikonyms from Nestor- (Vth c.) and the Armenian church with the base Kachkar- (arm. ‘stone cross’). Diagnosticaly important is the neigborhood of toponyms from bases Pelagiyand Iulian-, supposed to be names of the monk Pelagius and the bishop Julian of Eclanum which were against the christening of babies (so called pelagian heresy of the Vth c.). It was shown with the new method of toponymic context that a spatial correlation exists among place names, members of two groups of 120 oikonyms in Ukraine from bases Ulan-, Poloh- (as historical continuation of two proper names cited above). The traces of the widespread pelagianism prove the mass usage of christening practice in early Ukraine.

Iryna GAYUK. INTERPRETATION OF WORD-LOGOS IN ISLAMIC MYSTICISM.

This paper analyses the peculiarities of interpretation one of the most important religious and philosophical conception “Logos” in Islamic theology and Sufi traditions, shows differences between Christian and Islamic interpretation of this phenomenon.

Bogdan RUDYJ. LINGVO-STATISTICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE.

The paper presents the results of comparative analyses of lingvo-statistical characteristics of the translations of the Gospel of John in 60 languages, icluding 19 oriental ones. For this reason frequency dictionaries for all this translations have been built. It is seen that of all oriental languages the Turkic languages have the most developed (complicated) morphology system, whereas the Chamorro, Tagalog and Cebuano – the most simple morphology system. It can be seen also that Chinese and Korean frequency dictionaries are not the word-ones, but hieroglyph/syllable ones, – meaning that an algorithm for creating frequency dictionaries is still unrealized.

Anastasiya ANDRUSENKO. AHLAM MOSTAGHANEMI’S LITERARY WORKS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE TRADITION OF ARABIC WOMEN WRITINGS.

This article deals with the literary works of the Algerian novelist Ahlam Mostaghanemi, the prosperity of which is observed at the end of XXth century. The author of the article pays more attention to the detailed analysis of the first novel by Ahlam Mostaghanemi. It is emphasized on the essential role of the novelist, the author of three novels, in the process of formation and development of the Arab women fiction.

Bogdan BABAK. USAGE OF “THE FREQUENCY DICTIONARY OF MODERN ARABIC” IN THE TEACHING THE LANGUAGE.

A frequency dictionary can be for the teacher, language researcher the source of the information needed, the generator for making necessary decisions and correction of actions which have already became traditional. A frequency dictionary can become of vital importance for the amateur-reader of original texts, as the familiarity with frequently used words obviously becomes a necessity, and mastering of vocabulary which consists of rarely common words can add the process of reading status of more deep, saturated paints, allows to feel the language of author.

Bogdan GORVAT. ON THE ORIGIN AND DEVELOPMENT OF COLLOQUIAL POETRY IN EGYPT.

The article reveals basic tendencies in the development of Egyptian colloquial poetry. Close attention is paid to the works of Bairam at-Tunisi and Ahmad Fuad Najm.

Yuliya ZAZA. TABOO TOPICS OF SPEECH GENRE OFGREETING (on the material of the Arabic language).

The article traces the topic repertoire of speech genre of greeting, namely taboo topics after greeting and reasons of their rise. Arabic topic taboos of speech genre of greeting are investigated within context of topic sphere as one of the register characteristics of discourse.

Arabic theofornic patterns (patterns with name of Allah) not depending on confession belongings and religion is integral part not only of worldwide Muslims but also of worldwide Arab etiquette tradition. Implementing in speech Arabic theofornic patterns addresser communicates with the certain intention to influence addressee. The classification of Arabic theofornic patterns according to their meaning and communicatine intention is suggested in the article.

Inna SAVENKOVA. “THE AMBOYNA'S MASSACRE” AND EAST INDIA COMPANY ENGLISH: PARTIAL DEFEAT IS THE WAY TO GENERAL VICTORY.

The article highlights to Anglo-Dutch rivalry (English East India Company versus Dutch East India Company) to the islands of the Indonesian archipelago in the first quarter of the XVII cr. The main reason of this rivalry was to have political and economic advantages of being there. The author comes to the conclusion that one of the results was in Amboyna’s massacre in 1623, when English East India Company’s factors was wiped out. The consequences of Amboyna’s events were analyzed in article. We can draw a conclusion that Dutch made English cut down one’s trade in Indonesian archipelago, turn down a priority and strained more efforts in their Indian trade. Amboyna’s massacre is considered to be a volte-face in the beginnings of the second (eastern) British Empire.

Olena MAZEPOVA. APPLICATION OF CONCEPTUAL ANALYSIS TO ORIENTAL POETIC TEXT STUDIES.

The article deals with approaches to linguistic analysis of artistic text regarding the development of modern anthropocentric paradigm in linguistics. The focus is set to the possibility of using conceptual analysis in oriental poetic text studies for the purpose of reconstruction of the language world picture represented in poet’s works of art.

The attention is concentrated on the place of principle of frequency during this selection and accordance of the Persian Corpora for the preparation different types of frequency dictionaries and educational dictionariesminimums.

Valentyn VELYCHKO. ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL ECONOMY STRUCTURE IN MEDIEVAL CHINA.

In the Ukrainian sinology it was the first attempt to analyze some aspects of the regional policy in medieval China (from late Han to Yuan dynasty). Major insight was made in the development of regional economics, emergence of economic regions and their markets, extended waterworks, transportation chains as well as in the administrative division of the state’s territory and in the economic exploration of its new territories.

Maryna SHUT’. STRUCTURE AND SEMANTICS OF CHINESE HIEROGLYPHS WITH THE KEY GRAPHEME “WOMAN”.

The article is dedicated to investigation of structural and semantic peculiarities of hieroglyphs that include the key grapheme “woman”. The author has analysed an experimental group of 112 hieroglyphs with given key grapheme and has proposed the classification based on 3 signs of meaning: neutral, positive and negative.

Iryna DRYHA. THE URUM LANGUAGE OF TREPHILLUS’ LETTERS IN COMPARING WITH KARAMANLI MONUMENTS OF ANATOLIA.

The paper for the first time is publishing Ukrainian translation of the letters of Trephillius in its variants 3-4th, and for the first time specifically concentrates on its language. The letters have a common start, but different contents perse. Therefore it should be considered not as variants but rather as separate textes. It presents also a historical survey to language situation at Anatolia from the beginnings of Karamanli written tradition up to the Nufus mubadelesi – population exchange between Turkey and Greece in 1923–1924. We have come to accept that the language pecularities of variants 1–2 and 3–4 aren’t exactly the same: it depends on stylistics of the letters, and the author’s proficiency in the Turkish language seems to be changed in the good of one of Slavonic languages with the lapse of time. The vocabulary of the letters demands a separate research.

The article is devoted to the analysis of child’s songs’ language peculiarities lexico-semantic level. The thematic classification of lexicon and semantic fields examined. Common and distinct features of Japanese child’s language in comparison other child’s languages and “adult” Japanese language are revealed.

The present paper is devoted to specific character of literary process in Japan of the end of the XX-th century as the background of the Japanese literary criticism institution of the modern period kindai.
