EFFECT OF LOW-RATE IONIZING RADIATION OF GLYCOLITIC ENZYMES ACTIVITY OF RATS ENTEROCYTES SMALL INTESTINE Ya.Chaika, O.Gres'ko, N.Permyakova Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Hrushevskyi St. 4, UA-79005 Lviv, Ukraine. e-mail: kfbh@franko.lviv.ua The activites of hexokinase, pyruvate kinase and lactate dehydrogenase on the rats small intestine enterocytes have been investigation following low-rate radiation on daily dose 0.258 mKl/kg during 30 days. It was shown the increasing activity (10 days) and decreasing pyruvate kinase activity (10-20 days). It was not found the noticable changes of hexokinase activity, though tendence of hexokinase activity decreasing. Chronical effect of low-rate X-ray irradiation make the changes of lactate dehydrogenase izoenzymes composition on the 10 days of irradiation.
