The electric parameters of animal embryo membranes have changed under the influence of such factors of environmental , as heavy metal ions. It has been determined that ions of nickel, cobalt, manganese, chromium, tin and zinc cause the changes of TMP fluctuations: the amplitude and frequency decreased, so frequency of cell divisions decreased too. That has led to the embryo development delay. It has been observed the considerable depolarisation of membranes. We have considered that heavy metal ions have influence to ion channel conduction by both their modifications, and the concurrent interactions.

Key words: transmembrane potential, loach embryo, blastomer division, heavy metal ions.
