MODEL FOR DYNAMICS OF NA+ AND K+ MEMBRANE CONDUCTANCES IN EARLY EMBRYOGENESIS OF LOACH R. Humetsky, M.Dyka Ivan Franko National University of L'viv, Hrushevsky³ St. 4, UA-79005 Lviv, Ukraine, e-mail: biolog@franko.lviv.ua It is offered mathematical model of oscillatory dynamics of membrane conductances for potassium and sodium in proliferating cells of loach embryo. It is established, that during the first 6 hours after fertilization there are observed periodic fluctuations of gK and gNa with the period equal to duration one cell cycle on a background change of their level depending on appropriate time changes of membrane potential. The researches in model display the experimentally found out features of ion transport and also allow to receive dynamics of each conductance separately that is difficult in experiment.
