The glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activities of the rats' small intestine enterocytes under the influence of low-rate irradiation with daily dose of 0.258 mKl/kg during 30 days were investigated.
The decrease of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity was observed during all the days of irradiation.
Low-rate X-ray irradiation causes the changes of glucoso-6-phosphate dehydrogenase izozymes composition. The activity of 1st and 2nd components was decreased, and the activity of 3rd and 4th was increased.

Key words:X-ray irradiation, enterocytes, izozymes, glucoso-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.
