It was observed that the incubation of intact rat's erythrocytes led to elevation of 2,3-DFG content in the presence of adaptated to hypoxic hypoxia rat's blood plasma. It was demonstrated that molecular fraction 1600D of blood plasma could effect on metabolic state of erythrocytes.

Key words: middle mass molecules; hypoxic hypoxia; 2,3-difospoglicerat.
