We estimated an increased content of middle mass molecules in the blood serum of patients with myocardial infarction to be from 173±6 to 296±26. Besides, a decreased concentration of total protein (from 77.0±1,7g/l to 52.01±2,34g/l) and increased pool of albumine were observed. Parameters of colloide-oncotic pressure didn't change. It was detected that myocardial infarction caused essential changes in protein- and imunograms.

Key words: myocardial infarction, middle mass molecules, colloide-oncotic pressure, immunoglobuline, b-lipoproteide.
