AN AUTOOSCILLATORY CHARACTER OF MEMBRANE POTENTIAL CHANGES AT THE EARLY STAGES OF EEL'S EMBRYO GENESIS THE EARLY STAGES OF EEL'S EMBRYO GENESIS I. Masliy Ivan Franko National University of L'viv, Hrushevskoho st. 4, L'viv 79005, Ukraine, e-mail: biolog@franko.lviv.ua An experimental research and mathematic modeling of membrane potential (MP) changes of Eel's embryo allowed to make the conclusions about is autooscillatory character, and to analyze some mechanisms which lead to the MP oscillation and to the embryo membrane conductivity. The proposed model allows to more deeply understand the physical and biological nature of these oscillations at the early stages of embryo genesis. It will also help to research bioelectrical parameters of cells and mechanisms of their interaction. The model will give the possibility to determine an environmental influence on the cells. Key words: mathematical model, autooscillation, embryo genesis, membrane potential, conductivity.
