INVESTIGATION OF GROWTH AND SYNTHESIS OF ETHANOL BY RECOMBINANT STRAIN OF BAKING YEASTS AT VARIOUS TERMS (CONDITIONS) OF CULTIVATION S.Gudz, S. Gnatush, O.Podoprigora, M.Kostruba, I.Klim, B.Borsukevich Ivan Franko National University of L'viv, Hrushevskoho st. 4, L'viv 79005, Ukraine e-mail: biolog@franko.Lviv.ua It was investigated the synthesis of biomass and ethanol by recombinant strain of baking yeasts Saccharomyces cerevisiae S11 which contains eloned genes of the lactose utilizatoin by yeasts Candida pseudotropicalis on the lactik (milk) serum with addition of various nutritious campaents in the static terms and in terms of aeration. It was stated that ammonium sulfate as an inorganic source of nitrogen, yeast extract, simultaneons introdaction of ammonium sulfate (sulphate), magnesium sulfate and onesubstituted potassium phosphate, serum with these salts with addition of yeast growth. Introduction of the maise extract and melasa (carbon source) to the lactic serum stimulates growth and synthesis of ethanol by recombinant strain of baking yeasts in the static terms (conditions) of cultivation and in the terms of aeration. Key words: yeasts, lactic serum, ethanol.
