ENZYME ACTIVITY OF Mycobacterium tuberculosis, ISOLATED FROM TUBERCULOSIS PATIENTS

A research on Mycobacterium tuberculosis with different sensetiveness to antituberculosis medicines to find out some enzyme systems was carried out. The investigation of five different groups of Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains organized according to sensetiveness showed that the majority of them has researched enzyme systems. Only in the group of polyresistant cultures, the decrease of almost all enzymes except for peroxidase and glucose dehydrogenase is observed. However, the glucose dehydrogenase bacteria was seen the least amount of times among stable and sensetive to one medicine strains.
