PRESENT STATUS AND PROSPECTS OF INTENSIVE BREEDING OF SPECIES
OF THE Cervinae SUBFAMILY

Present status and prospects of intensive breeding of species of the Cervinae subfamily, viz. red deer (Cervus elaphus Linne, 1758) and fallow-deer (Dama dama Linne, 1758), are described on the base of literature data and materials that were collected during scientifical journeys to the foreign countries.
