OXIDATION OF SUCCINATE AND ALPHA-KETOGLUTARATE
IN MITOCHONDRIA OF LOACH EMBRYO AT DIFFERENT
STAGE OF CLEAVAGE

We have study ADP- and Ca2+-stimulated respiration of
mitochondria from embryo of loach at stages 8 and 64 blastomeres. Is has been
shown that mitochondria of loach embryo on different stage of embriogenesys are
in different energetic condition, which are characterized by different
efficiency of transport Ñà, oxidative phosphorylation and respiration.
