Peculiarities of the specific composition of communities, with the participation of Cerasus Avium (L.) Moench, growing in different natural climatic and phytocenotical conditions of the Ukrainian Carpathians, have been studied. It was determined that 205 species of vascular plants from 58 families form part of these communities. Essential differences are observed in the flora composition of communities, which grew in different ecological conditions. In forest phytocenosis, the number of species was bigger in comparison with meadow phytocenosis, and in north megaslopes, the specific diversity in comparison with south-western proved to be much poorer. The impoverishment of floristic composition was observed with the increase of altitude above the sea level.

Keywords: communities, floristic composition, ecological conditions.
