The method for investigation the ATPase-systems activities of membrane microsomal fraction of isolated acini from rat submandibular salivary gland has been elaborated. It was revealed Mg2+-ATÔ-ase, Ñà2+, Mg2+-ATÔ-ase and Na+, K+-ÀÒÔ-ase activities in the membrane vesicles fraction of secretory cells. Speci fically, Ñà2+, Mg2+-ATÔ- ase activity has been shown in the plasma membrane (2,74 nmol г/mg protein per 1 hour) and endoplasmic membrane (2,66 nmol г/mg protein per 1 hour) vesicles. Additionally using dygitonin treatment of membrane microsomal fraction we have shown that mostly investigated fraction contains inside-out vesicles.

Keywords: secretion, plasma membrane, Ñà2+, Mg2+-ATÔ-ase, dygitonin.
