PLANT SUCCESSION OF RIVER VALLEY OF THE UKRAINIAN CARPATHIANS

The results of investigations of the development of primary syngenetic succession
at river valleys have been done. Mesotrophic-oligotropic and hygrophytic-mesotrophic
succession chains have been revealed. The development of these chains depends on specific
ecological conditions. Formation of plant cover occures for account of successive
changes of the species of various ecology -coecenotic strategies; it is accompanied by
complications of the structure, growth of stability and productivity. Existence of different
modifications of their development is conditioned by ecological conditions, availability
and level of anthropogenic influence.
