Vasyl' Bunyak

Candidate of economic sciences, associate professor. After the graduation from the Economics Department of Lviv Ivan Franko State University in 1995 worked as a department of economic theory assistant. In 1996-1999 studied on the postgraduate level. Defended candidate thesis "Inflationary Process in Terms of the Ukrainian Transition Economy" in the year 2000.
From the year 2000 works as an assistant and from 2001 as an associate professor of the economic theory department. Associate professor Bunyak is an author of more than 20 economic researches including his co-authorship of a monograph and three textbooks on economic theory for students from institutes of higher education. Took part in translation of the English textbook "Microeconomics" written by well-known scientists Nobel Prize winner Paul A. Samuelson and William D. Nordhaus (K.: Osnovy, 1998. - 676p.)
In 1997 and 2000 as a participant of an William and Helen Petrah and IREX exchange programs completed his traineeships in George Washington University.
Delivers courses of lectures on "Macroeconomics", "Macroeconomics" (Advanced Level), "Microeconomics" (Advanced Level), "Macroeconomic and microeconomic modeling".
Frame of interest - theoretical problems of macroeconomics, inflationary process, macroeconomic equilibrium.
