Candidate of economic sciences, associate professor. In 1971 graduated from the Economics Department of Lviv University of Forestry Engineering. After her work on the entrepreneur in 1972-1975 studied on the postgraduate level on Lviv State University department of political economy. From 1975 till 1978 worked as departments assistant and since 1979 - associate professor of this department. In 1978 defended candidates thesis, which concerned ground rent.
Author and co-author of more than 50 scientific researches - articles, monographs (2), reference books (2), readers (2), textbooks (8). Textbooks for highschools "Economics" and for institutes of higher education "Economic Theory", which are written in co-operation with colleagues, are very popular among students.
Delivers courses of lectures on "Political Economy" and "Macroeconomics", special courses on "Economics Teaching Methodology" and "Business Ethics" for undergraduate and graduate students. Permanent member of the school economic Olympiad jury.
Author of the poetical compositions about a very complicated path of the Ukraine's independence revival.
