Yevhen Mayovets'

Майовець Євген Йосипович Candidate of economic sciences, associate professor. In 1980 graduated from the Economics Department of Lviv State University. Starting that year he worked as a political economy department assistant. In 1983-1986 studied on the postgraduate level and in 1986 defended his candidate thesis "Private Auxiliary Ownerships in the Production Relations System of Agricultural Complex". From 1988 works on the political economy department as an professor assistant.
Associate professor Mayovets' is a co-author of three joint monographs and seven study manuals on economic theory.
Delivers lectures on "Political Economy", "Basics of the Economic Theory", "Marketing".
Frame of interest - domestic agrarian sector market transformation, pricing in transition economies.
Y. Mayovets' takes active part in the social life. From 1990 to 1994 was elected a deputy of the first democratic Lviv Regional Council.
