If you
would like to enroll, please follow these simple steps:
1)
Select your course/s.
2)
Complete the application form. All sections of the
form must be completed and the declaration signed and dated.
NOTE:
Application Forms can be submitted
either by the following:

On-line
(http://www.franko.lviv.ua/faculty/psis/app-form.htm);

E-mail
(attach a copy of your completed application form)
at: psis.lnu@gmail.com;
─
Mail at the PSIS address.
3) Upon confirmation of your application with
a positive reply from PSIS,
mail your supporting documents to the IFNU of Lviv at the PSIS address.
NOTE:
4)
Applicants will receive a Letter of Offer stating the
course that he/she has been accepted into and including fees
to be paid as well as a copy of Agreement for study.
5)
Sign the Agreement form. Return the Agreement to IFNU
in Lviv or to your agent.
6)
Upon receipt of this documents, we will issue and
mail out the invitation to enter Ukraine and a Letter of
Confirmation. Students must present this Invitation and the
Letter to Ukrainian Embassy/Consulate for their home country
to obtain a Student Visa.
NOTE:
Please contact Ukrainian Embassy/Consulate for your
country and find out their requirements for student visa
applicants.
The deadline for submission of documents is 15 June 2011.
All international students will enter
Ukraine within the period of time from 15 August to 15
November.
Please arrange your
arrival at the IFNU as early as possible.
