On June 12, 2018 representatives of National Contact Point of the Horizon 2020 Framework Program summed up the work in the first half of 2018 and held a meeting about the opportunities of the program Horizon 2020 and Erasmus+ at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics.

Scientists and students were informed on the work programs and practical aspects of submitting project applications. Special attention was devoted to a thematic direction «Future and Emerging Technologies», which is relevant to Natural Sciences. Professors shared their experience in participation in similar programmes and discussed perspectives of further development and cooperation with EU countries.

Attendants were also informed of current contests of Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 programme. The representative of the Department of International Relations Oksana  Kraievska spoke about the actual proposals for scientists and students.

It should be reminded that the National Contact Point of the Horizon 2020 Framework Program for Two Thematic Areas – Inclusive, Innovative and Reflective Societies and Future and Emerging Technologies functionates at the University. At eight faculties, round tables have already taken place. Since September of this year, we will continue to inform all those who are interested in other departments of Lviv University.
