On the 26th of October English course «Phase diagrams and phase transitions» started at the Department of Inorganic Chemistry of the Ivan Franko Lviv National University. The lecturer is an eminent researcher Dr. Enrico Giannini from the University of Geneva.
The course consists of lectures and practical classes. The target audience are students, aspirants, and scientists of the Faculty of Chemistry, and also specialists in the field of chemistry, physics, and material science
This course is aimed at extending knowledge and improving practical skills in the sphere of state diagram study, phase transitions, synthesis and properties of materials.
During the lectures and practical classes, Dr. Enrico Giannini encourages listeners to open questions and discussions, which provides young scientists with opportunities to enlarge theoretical basis and use it according to personal observations.
Such a special project has become possible thanks to MPDS (Switzerland) company’s assistance. Classes will last until October 25, 2018.
