The Ivan Franko University of Lviv has become a project coordinator of the Erasmus+ KA2: CBHE Capacity Building in the field of higher education.
Ukrainian as well as other foreign higher education establishments, Lithuanian, German, French and Polish in particular are the partners of the project.
The project has certain goals:
- Demonopolization of the formal systems of professional development and university professors certifications by means of creating 4 Independent centres of pedagogical skills and dozens of branches that will be added to the network and will be concentrated on improving the quality of teaching at the universities.
- Implementation of the teaching certification based on the European leading practices and educational innovations to provide the advanced level of teaching in teaching.
- Development and testing of the new program on the pedagogical skills including the training course on the MOOC that will include the professional certification of the university professors.
The duration of the project is 2 months with the budget over 800 000 Euro. We would like to remind you that Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the field of higher education is the international collaboration projects based on multilateral cooperation, in most cases between educational establishments. This collaboration presupposes the exchange of experience and the leading practices between different countries to support the reforms in favour of improving the quality of higher education system, convergence and understanding the higher education system in general.
